There's difference between a language and an art that uses language. A HUGE difference.

Granted, but since spelling is part of language, that's what I was talking about.

Caring about spelling is important, because the meaning of a piece of text could be lost quite easily if the writer couldn't spell, and therefore used the wrong words. Wouldn't you agree?

I would agree if we didn't word processing software that automatically told us what we're doing wrong :P
