Well I am kinda confused about this place. I guess I should ask around.

It depends on what you're looking for. If you're just a casual and you want to see things like the upcoming DLC, or artworks/wallpapers, story discussion, then you would go to forums and go into the casual section.

For tips on how to play better, you go into your character's Soul Arena. Just click forums and click on Raphael. There'll be his gameplay videos, top ten moves, and more discussion about the character's moves. You should probably learn the notation to understand what they're saying though. I'll send you the link.
