AA BE does approx 60 damage on Ch and leaves you right in your opp's face. For a safe i11 attack, that's pretty amazing.
I think Kayane was using it on block which is why she thinks it's bad. But it's really not.
The K cancel is only useful to surprise your opp, because it can be JG'd on reaction even on CH.
