    I am playing on the PS3 version, which has a built-in feature to save a high-quality (720p) screenshot.

    If you also are playing on the PS3, here's the instructions: At any time while in the Character Creation mode, press the Home button and go over to Photos. Scroll down till you see "Save Snapshot/Screenshot". Select that then hit X again when you're ready to take the screenshot.
