They won't ban you but it's not allowed I think =/ sooner or later someone will request you to take it down. You can always censore the gif a little bit (black bars on nipples for example) and that should be ok xD

Oh, and the gif is too big in size, over 2mb. I think you can upload only max 400kb on 8wr.
