Not quite. I am going to guess that there will be only certain combos that it can be combo'd into. Other than that, it might be used for it's tech crouching properties. I've also heard from Utoh that MCHT K is guaranteed if you land his CE while the opponent is OTG. So you could use it for mixups by doing CE>MCHT 66, into wakeups and stuff. I dunno yet. I have to experiement once I get my hands on that game.
