Setsuka and Talim's moves are so hard to Guard Impact against.:P
As far as I'm concerned, Leixia's pretty much high tier, just like her mom was in Soul Calibur IV, in Soul Calibur V.^_^
As far as it goes, I plan on use Critical Edge only when needed in Soul Calibur so that way it won't degrade into a CE spamfest.:D
