1A... I don´t think so, my prefer step killer is 66A, very usefull at mid range, but I think the best option is 3A, because of the incredible TC it has, when your oponent is negative he can choose, steping or fast attacks like AA, and usually thoose attacks are high, so 3A beat both options, fast attacks and steping.
