ok if that is the case how do I get MLG to see me as a tournaent ready fighter. I mean I only play the computer sometimes and others online just spam the same moves. so do I need to relearn street fighter or what.

it has been awhile. I am still playing soulcal4 and I need to know if anyone can tell me how to get into a tournaments.
