The character design seems to be shaping up to be the best designs we've had IMO. I am really liking Raphael and Leixia design. Looking forward to watching them in action. :D

About the stages. The endless stage could lead to some interesting play. I imagine, if we get a Seong Mina type character in this game, who ever ends up maining her will have a field-day on this stage. It will allow them to run away and poke endlessly. :D So so hyped for this game atm.

Ivy looks helluva better. She seems more seductive and less dominatrix. She looks much more like she should be in a Final Fantasy game, which I adore. I'm hoping she gets a complete overhaul gameplay-wise, so I can pick her up again. Zwei is hot. He reminds me of the Dante in DMC, just a lot...

I'm kinda glad that the characters are anime-esque. I mean, seriously if I wanted to play as a Roman Gladiator or a character that gives true and full homage to a cultural background and what have you, i'd play the Deadliest Warriors game. Every character in Soul Calibur has always fallen into...

I like it. Judging purely by her pose and looks, she seems like she will be a blonde ninja version of Xianghua. We'd probably end up with a serious asian looking Xianghua replacement or just a more mature Xianghua to balance it out.
