His CB is a kick it looks to be his 66K+G. Also beat knuckle doesn't launch either. The changes to him are fairly different already. Which makes me wonder about 66K+G. If his CB really is that can he go into stance still? Would they make his CB the first one to go into stance.

I'm guessing its not kills but you need to get all upgrades for it. I'm just assuming its just like how the classes work cause I got everything for all classes. Every class says "X amount of experience til service star 2" so that tells me all vehicles work that way too.

I was almost there til I dropped the game I dropped it during EVO.

Also to add on to Egg's post make sure you jump forward its much easier to jump over nets that way. I use to do neutral jumps wondering why I could not jump nets as well.
