I used to play quite a bit of VF2 back on the Saturn but stepped away from it for 3 and 4. Played VF5 on the Xbox for about a week until the frustration of using the pad was enough to make me sell it. I don't have an issue with the PS3 pad as such but I know trying to JG in SC5 or shaking...

Sold my SC5 game, never had an arcade stick before but figure i'll probably be better off using one especially for VF5. LoneWolfTifa, is this the stick you mean? Quite like the look of this but is there a base version of this without the SC5 decal overlay?

With VF5:FS on the horizon and being somewhat new to the franchise I want to start playing with an arcade stick rather than a joypad. Want something thats known to be good so i'm expecting a lot of Hori suggestions, have my eye on this stick at the moment: Real Arcade Pro V3 SA Sold...

Wish i'd spent the last few weeks learning to JG instead of faffing about in player matches with randoms then i may have considered entering. As it stands, having my ass handed to me after having it fraped doesn't really appeal to me.

Agreed, she was the only redeeming factor for me from FF13. Played the X13-2 demo for a whole 5 minutes before I switched it off, I can do without over optimistic squealing and characters that dress like clowns tbh.

To be honest i'd be satisfied if I could just run around chopping bamboo again...
