Guys, guys, why the hate (only talking to Menace, Eli and kAb here), do you even realize that you are
not only insulting me, but i suspect you did not even bother watching 10 vids i posted, or maybe you would have realized it was CPU vs CPU fights in the first place and not poor me playing.

And the vids are in the fanmade section for a reason, because there is no section dedicated to CAS creations, may i ask why, as this is a very valuable part of this board and the only one i frequent.
So do yourself a favour and look away.

Admittedly, i should have posted a playlist instead of 10 vids, but then again as some of you mentioned (thanks for stepping in btw) there are very short and if you'd had a look at the burlesque one for instance, you might have understood why it is fun and not garish/useless/or whatever else you think they are...

Do you find it more relevant to see in the most popular vids launch trailers (including the CAS creation trailer from launch lol) or online matches made by guys only the most hardcore NA / Asian pro players know (btw featuring bland if not horrible CAS 3Ps or edits as mains, which kinda hurts my feelings)...i tried to watch them, but couldn't watch till the end...

Well, bear with me if i am not into that, but do i need to come here and say, hey guys, stop posting your battles here, us CAS makers want space in the media center...no, because there is wealth in diversity on a community board like 8WR.

There is a life outside harcore gaming, and room for it on this board, so deal with it, all right...

I would have bothered making a playlist and deleting the individual vids if you at least had been polite and respectful of my work, but i did not spam in any way, so i decided i wouldn't waste my time on making you happy...

I liked his creations, they're probably some of the best creations uploaded here (have you even seen the CaS section? It's full of comic book crap). Sure the timing of the upload is unfortunate and should have been better planned, but telling him his content is bad because of that is unnecessarily offensive.

I'm sorry, do you run this site? Do you determine who it's for? Do you get to decide what's relevant or what isn't? Last I remember, it catered to both sides. And who cares how recent a video is made; it's still related to the game. Yeah, he didn't need to spam the section, but I doubt it'll happen again. He already made his point and moved on. And it's ironic that you want to talk about "spamming" when you posted the same message in all of his videos.

And yes, DON'T respond further, because you're making a big deal out of something minor.

I find these videos perfectly fine. There are a reason we have categories and search options. Just narrow down the search for what you want to see. Frankly, I want to see this stuff and will soon be making a badass Tupakan and Lion King CAS. Thank you Vilarcane. As far as thread only, I want to see these beautiful creations in action. Not some still picture, it doesn't inspire me.

First this site is primarily for completive players. The argument about majority sale comes form casuals is irrelevant and does not justify spamming the media section with this type of media.

If people want to share their creations, that fine, but spamming the media section with this kinda of stuff is not acceptable.

Note that these videos that this user posted were from 6 months ago. Why are they relevant now? Why did this user feel the need to post them now?

TFC Tournament video were recently posted but this user felt the need to spam the video section and now those videos are being pushed aside.

People who spam this type of garbage should be criticized and told to stop.

I will not respond further because this video does not deserve more views or any for that matter.

Menace@Well, it's the casuals where the majority of the sales come from. Exclude them and we might never see SCVI. Hell, SC:LS & SCII HD might not have happened without them.

kAb@It would probably be better to post in the forum, but then again there's a "Fanmade" section here. And thb, it would be better if he was good, but I wasn't expecting it from a vid like this. ...and at least it's only 1 round and not 15-30 minutes of repetitive bullshit

TheFool@Pretty much. CJHN2 over did it by trying to make himself look good and posting over 200+ 30 min long vids daily to show off bland CAS. At least VILARCANE kept it short, straight to the point, and actually made some good/decent CAS. I'm not thrilled with him posting 10+ vids already, but I find this less offensive. Reduce the vid spam and it's all good imo
