Playstation store w/no home internet?

Just wondering how I can take advantage of the Playstation store w/o having internet at my house. Can I save an update for Soul Cal 4 on a flash drive or something and then plug it into my PS3? Can I buy SSF HD remix and Wipeout HD somewhere, save it to a flash drive, and load it to my PS3?

Or do I gotta unhook it and take it to someone's house to do it? I've tried to find it on my PC at work but it tells me it's exclusive to the playstation store.

Sadly, the only thing that's transferable via flash drive is the PS3 Firmware update. In order to get a "game" update (in your case SC4), and PS3 stuff from the PSN Store, you need cable access. Keep in mind PSN has a PC store; however, it just restricted to PSP Stuff, wallpapers, themes, etc. etc. Maybe you can leech of a neighbor's wireless network if theres no WEP key. >:)
