It is a two-way street with that. Announcing SC6 while T7 is getting all the marketing would cause divided interest. This would end up hurting SC sales more than Tekken sales, but it would end up hurting both. We still live in an age where people choose between games that are presented to them. That's why the seasonal approach is implemented to avoid cannibalization.
