Racism isn't over in the United States, racism will always be a problem because it'll always exist. That's just common sense. However racism does not effect any of our laws which aim to provide those with the opportunity to succeed and generally punish those that violate the rights of others, which is the point of our system. We can't stop people from being racist, that's simply unachievable , however we can provide those of different color the opportunity to achieve their dreams under our system, which it currently does. Hell our system allows for black supremacist groups (Such as the Nation of Yahweh) to exist in our country as well, and they do, so your Klu Klux Klan point is moot.

And I'm sorry, but you're not gonna get a Dane to off himself just by writing it somewhere. BTW your laws are broken, your state capitols are flying the flags of racist pseudo-nations and #JusticeForTamirRice is a thing because if a white supremacist teenager shoots up a church he doesn't even get handcuffed but if a 12 year old with a toy gun in an open carry state (which is also mental) gets shot and there's no consequences, like there isn't for any of the other officers who shoot black people. But I will stop talking about that point if Slade asks me to, because my opinion is less informed than his, obviously. I will draw that limit.
