And yeah, just thought I'd share a pic of myself too. ^^
I've been exercising since January this year and while there isn't a drastic improvement, I think I'm starting to develop. Those daily crunches and leg lifts are definitely helping me develop some abs. I definitely need to work on my pecs & biceps though because honestly, I want them instead of the ultra defined abs (they look kind of gross to me...). The only reason I did my core was to see if I could actually stay committed to it and sure enough, I think I have the capability to do it. ^^
