Are we sure command throws are untechable? Cause I've escaped some slower throws. I think its supposed to be the reverse now, the 5 frame 'punisher' throws are inescapable and the regular command throws are not.

The only throws you can break are either neutral throws, or multi-part throws by inputting the command when the prompt flashes on screen.
