Why is singleplayer still in fighting games...

Please dont say that ...
We are not a generation of players who did not like to read ,or who did not like to follow agood story line.Back in the days,i remember.... it was very important(super nintendo rpg, nintendo64,Playstation)
Moreover i started playing soul calibur because of the story,all the cultural background and not the framerate data or what you call gameplay...Sure it is important but...
Only focusing on this aspect of game would be stupid....
Dead or alive 3 story was also fascinating.Thats why we started playingNinja Gaiden...

Because some people like to have something else to do when they get sick of online and multiplayer. Variety doesn't hurt anyone.
