Why is there an agnosticism category? We do know that agnosticism is not the middle-ground between theism and atheism, right?

Agnosticism is when you claim it's impossible to know for sure whether there's a God or not. So there can be agnostic atheists and agnostic theists.

Agnostic theists believe in a god but don't it's possible to know for sure either way.
Agnostic atheists don't have god beliefs but don't think it's possible to know for sure either way.

It's worth noting that agnostic atheism is a not a belief, but a lack of belief, while gnostic atheism is a belief that gods don't exist.

As long as people stick from bashing religions, I see no problems.

The only thing keeping me from becoming atheist myself is the question of creation. How did all of this start? Even if we go with the big bang theory and say that everything started from a singularity point, well where did that point come from? It keeps coming back to the fact that something started this whole universe...and it must be a god of some sort.

lol then it should trouble you to wonder where your god came from.

I find it easier to believe that matter has always existed than to believe a supernatural entity has always existed.
