It seems there was a bit of confusion about the GodMode pic I posted. It only works if you are running Windows7 and also you don't include the quotation marks. When you make the new folder you should change the name to-
GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

If you did it right you should get a rather unique control panel with alot more options. Also the GodMode at the beginning is actually the name the folder ends up with and you can change that part to whatever you like. Its just the period and everything after that that is important. So it should still work fine if you were to type it in like-

CockBlock.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
PandaPower.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
