So I have realized that you all want money, so how about this. Someone figure out how to get a big name sponsor to pick up our website, you guys get DrPepper in the header and now we can afford to actually pay people.

Is there a somewhere to look at specifics for each position? I'd kind of like a rough idea of the time commitment for each position and the duties they entail. For writing I'd like general ideas of topics and tone. For moderating...powers and responsibilities.

I also want to submit my entry for columnist, but I don't have any fighting game article based sample writing, just some short stories I wrote back in college. I do have a degree in creative writing however, and I have an idea for a column I could write right now about community if I could submit that.
