Hello all,

I'm about as So Cal local as you can get. Right in the heart of the beach. I played Soul Calibur 2 extensively at a tournament level, and am looking to get back into playing SC5 for real again. Anyone in the So Cal hit me up. Its gonna be fun playing with all of you. I have just started playing Sc5 for a few days now and would like any feedback on how you think Ivy will be? Top Tier? No? Yes?
 
I'm in socal
living in san diego right now
but I go to OC often to visit family.

Ivy seems like a solid mid-tier at the moment.
She lacks good lows, and has a pretty terrible Oki game.
Her throw game is still one of the best but her damage output is second to worst.
She has very few punishing combos and has a hard time getting away from attackers.

Seems like a mixed bag, really.
 
PS3. I agree. Ivy seems to be a cross between SC2 and SC4. I think I might stick with her though for a bit until I get a better feel for the game.
