It contradicts itself. I believe he's referring to a statement from Project Soul that the cast would be all new, but most are veterans or emulating characters of the past.
 
Wow, Honestly after seeing these, Project soul needs to reconsider the current cover that they have. Just saying. . . The ones that really look like it could be a cover (to me at least) are the third one and the last one. Overall though, they all look better than the current cover. =)
