DAMMIT! I came in here to post the yahoo article on that HIV thing and you beat me to it. 
These scientists are the brilliant ones!But science is all about experimenting and discovering, you can fault them for not knowing it is a process of discovery!
The more I learn the more fascinating this hall thing is.
I guess the main theory of HIV which is the cause of AIDS is that it was originally a virus called SIV that was in chimpanzees. That virus most likely got mixed up with another apes virus and than mutated and than mutated again when it was introduced to humans (most likely hunters in Africa that eat ape brain soup and shit like that) Than there is also a lot of prostitution and from there things got out of control. But the most interesting thing is the Virus itself which has the ability to Mutate and adopt! Its crazy!
The other thing the is interesting is the fact that some people (European decent) are immune to HIV. It so trippy I am learning much. Seriously this is the best topic for a research paper there is so much info!
