Anyways, GI and JG need to be reconsider, the input command for GI is just stupid, and it also consumes soul gauge... so why in tha F hell would I want to waste bar if i can just JG, makes no sense, on the other hand if!!!! doing a GI gives you the frame advantage that a JGI did on SCIV then is worth doing it...in any case if the final product is as bad as the demo I'm just gonna do many many many low attacks :)

Not to be an ass, but reread this part in blue. What don't you understand, should be heard. Tweet the makers or people associated with them. If you're gonna go around bashing every little detail in terms of something we don't know, tweet and I repeat in big letters TWEET THE FUCK OUT OF NAMCO TO GET AN UNDERSTANDING. I see some people blowing hot air yet they ain't asking to get into more detail. I mean goodness, complain with a good reason like "I don't get this part" or at least "Does *insert character* have better blah blah blah" for instance. Don't get me wrong though, I'm skeptical about the new mechanics, but I'm not gonna complain on something I know nothing about. Ask and ye shall receive. But until then, I'm gonna have more faith in this fun-to-be game.
 
It just came to my mind that i had problems GIing lows in SC4 anyway, because most lows were so slow i always GIed too early.
Maybe i'm just too scrubby for that.
 
I genuinely can't think of a low in SCIV which I would GI happily on reaction that I don't either block and punish or jump. Even against mid/low mixup characters like Amy or Mitsu I prefer step to Mid/Low GI so I don't really see what we're losing being missed tbh. =/
