todays music sucks

Okay remember that with music there is so much out there you have to broaden your horizons. Listen to things other than the radio and listen to genre you wouldn't listen to otherwise. Also don't be afraid to listen to foreign imports. Most importantly though good music doesn't find you, you have to find good music. Anyway here are a few songs that I like and btw genre's and languages vary greatly.

Yeah, but I meant to emphasize the second part.

Eh, it does more harm than good. A clean, trained voice or instrument is always more important than the filter you put it through, not the other way around.
Filters in no way make producing music more accessible, unless we're talking about something like auto-tune.

I was thinking more along the lines of music composition programs that make it pretty effortless to put out mediocre songs on a whim, but I guess music that uses real instruments isn't plagued with this problem as much.
