I'm 5'11" and 145 pounds and don't really eat healthy or anything but can't get well toned for my life. Guess it doesn't really matter but it gets pretty frustrating. Anyways too many posts without giving anything to the thread so um...from the zoo when Rachael was here. And before HRD goes "get a hair cut hippy" I ALREADY DID! HA.

Lol, damn you ninjas are skinny. I'm 6'3 and 223 now and if I ever fell under 200 I don't think I'd like that at all. 215 the lowest I will go before I start clean cutting a more lean/sexy muscle back up to like 230 or somethin.
