PC videos do not sync up

Its not just Jaxels vids, its everything. Rather its on youtube, or anything.

Heres a thought. My DVD drive (which is the only CD drive I have) doesnt work properly. I can put DVD's in the drive, but when it plays it makes a loud obnoxious noise and the vid is jumping around everywhere. But I CAN put DATA cds in there and install things and such.

But my problem doesnt pertain to JUST DVD's in the drive. Its videos all around. Dumb question but could that have something to do with it?

Is your DVD watchin progam OK?
How would you watch vids if they worked? WMP (Windows Media Playa)?

Ya that's the anti-viral program I have and use.

As for defragging, I use Smart Defrag from IO bit which not only defrags and optimizes regular files but also give the option to scan system files during boot process.

After defragging, I would schedule a disk check for your local hard drive to see if there's any errors.
