Soul Calibur VS discussion

Lol want to explain that one? Enjoy tripping? Or games where its generally disadvantageous to attack and the best thing to do is let you opponent come to you? Or games dominated by a single character?

I enjoy variety and unpredictability. Every game of Brawl is a new experience for me. Whereas every time I ever played Melee it was "WAVEDASH WAVEDASH SHINE SHINE HERPDERP". Brawl is a lot more interesting that Melee. Not to mention what Tourneytards did to Melee and have tried to do to Brawl, which is made it a NPE for everyone that doesn't follow the NIFOFD philosophy.

Getting BACK to the point of this thread, though, would it have to be a weapon-based fighter that SC would mash up with? I don't see why other games couldn't mesh well with SC.

Melee definitely has more viable characters, so is your problem with the execution requirements(hence complaining about wavedash which just adds more tools to the game and therefor makes it less stale since characters can acheive more at any given time?) And unpredictability in a game is the enemy of competition. You want skill and cleverness to win a match not unpredictability and chance. I don't know your acronyms.
