Sup Hy: Cook this, very cheap and easy.

Bowtie Cajun Chicken Pasta

3 Boneless chicken breast (slice across breast very thin)
1 Package Bowtie Pasta
1/2 Onion (diced)
1/2 Package of sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 red or yellow bell pepper (cut into strips)
1 tomato (diced)
3 handfuls baby spinach
1 Jar Alfredo Sauce (whatever brand)
2 TBS Extra virgin olive oil
2 TBS Cajun Seasoning (make your own: lawry salt, chili pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder)
1 TBS Garlic powder
1/2 cup white wine (optional)

Directions:

While making sauce/chicken, boil water and cook noodles.

Heat oil in saute pan over med-high heat until shimmering (about 1 min).

Season sliced chicken with salt and pepper, place in pan with onions and season with Garlic powder. Cook until chicken is all white, stirring to get both sides of chicken cooked. Next, add Red pepper strips, mushrooms, tomato, cajun seasoning, wine, and alfredo sauce. Simmer for 15 mins on med-low, stirring occasionally. Next add spinach, it may look like A LOT now, but it cooks down very small. Stir spinach into sauce and continue stirring. Once spinach is wilted, the chicken sauce is done.

Serve over noodles.

Buy a box of frozen garlic bread for a side.
