Photoshop? Anyone?

Anyone ever heard of Photoshop? Well, I used to be big on it- and I used to make tags and icons for forums and such. I recently picked it up again, and here's what I made last night-


It's for another forum I go to. Anyone else do this kind of GFX work?

yeah. i do every once in a blue moon. meh. your image is pretty but you could have done a lot more to it.

as it is, it's hella busy. but what function does it serve other than eye candy?
looking at it, you created multiple light sources, yet none of it is reflected on the character.
you used an action pose and yet nothing in the image suggests to add to that action to give it dramatic impact.
you have good use of composition and made the most of your space but at the same time, it's just something worth looking
at for five seconds and then moving on.

having said that.

oooo look at the pretty lights! pretty picture. you get thumbs up for playing with photoshop. and i mean that. good shit. about 65 percent sarcasm there buddy. other 35 percent is razzled dazzled by your photoshop image. it's clean. keep it up.

It's actually a tag (something that goes in your signature) and "multiple light sources" are C4D. But of course it's just somethig to look at- it's a tag. What would IO be trying to promote? Anyways, poor critique- you sound like you know nothing of what I did- and in fact, I don't think you do. But yeah, 80% truth 20%-just being an ass. But thanks, =)
