SUPER Street Fighter IV! Official Discussion

I'm in no way hyped for this update even though I don't necessarily hate SFIV. Until I hear them announce Makoto as playable, I'm not going to be hype for this. I'll still play it though because I <3 Viper.
 
My biggest issue with SF4 - one I later found out, thanks to some friends - was the game was running at 60 frames per second, but tuned to 30 frames per second. Which is why I had such trouble playing the game using even basic Street Fighter strategies. It meant that block stun, block strings, etc. were all much shorter than before, and it explained why I couldn't try to create any sort of pressure game using the old strats from SF2 or Alpha thanks to the optical dissonance I was experiencing.

Still I'm eager to give it another shot, provided I can find a main that isn't Ken or Akuma.
 
Well yeah, for example, all of Viper's feint pressure strings (regardless of the version of feint used) aren't legit strings because you can be reversal'd out of them. So they are nothing more than risky gimmicks. If a character has a DP, it's risky to do a lot of things, specially if it's a Ryu or Sagat with 2 ex bars stocked.
 
I heard rumors of Guy and Cody making there way into the game and if this shit is true then I will get this. Cody was my main is Alpha 3 and he will be my main in this game. I sold my SF4 though but I still have the game data on my ps3 guess i will need to hold on to it.
